I will select my gamer steve skin but you have to select your own skin of course. After you selected your skin you will see it instead of steve and you can move his limbs etc. This is a tutorial on how to export and print your minecraft terrain or creation i recently came across a program called mineways that exports in obj that you can turn in to files that can be used to print on a low end printer i hope this helps some.
Scroll down and a layout should show up like in picture 3.
You will find a file browser where you can select your skin. Right click on the structure block and fill in the bounding coordinates for your creation you will need to fill in the x y and z coordinates for both the size and offset. Click on the 3 dots button you see next to the dimensions of the textures. Then enter a name for your creation and select 3d export.
